As an ambitious professional, I know exactly how it feels to be giving to others with hardly any energy left for yourself.

This is why I combined my background in healthcare, my interior design expertise, and my PhD research on stress and environments into my EcoCreative Design business. My research shows what specific design elements (nature, daylight views, color, and space layout) can restore mental focus and energy.
